O Beret Basque - Reservar una mesa

I waited almost 20 minutes to be acknowledged so asked a waitress whether I was supposed to order at the bar. Her response was to shout at me to wait she was busy. I could see it was busy, I too was in a...hurry like a lot of their customers, I had a Eurostar to catch. I waited another 5 minutes, continued to be ignored so I left.

a good choice for a meal/snack before taking a train from gare du nord, which is just over the road. I just wish I had been a bit more adventurous and ordered one of the basque specialties as the croque madame was not great. but the coffee. was great and the service was top notch.

Simple card but with enough choice. Very good value for money, very good fast service and dessert a succulent kiwi pie!! Perfect if you're in a hurry and you have to take the train...

Euro 6.50 set price for coffee, pancake, croissant and slice of baguette. Good value. Swift and efficient service. Not busy on cold winter's Monday in February.

Very good atmosphere. I felt like I had come back to my family in the Basque Country.
