We stayed in Quarteira for two months and after trying some restaurants decided to go to O Farnel on a regular base.We enjoyed prato de dia and were served by a very friendly you g coupple running the restaurant.Every day we could choose between about five dishes and delightfull desserts.I prefered the mango mousse!We often saw their little girl sitting there because the school was on strike.Withe Carnaval she made this lovely smile for me on the pic.I miss them and hope they are all doing fine .Thanks for the lovely meals and to make us feel very at home

had lunch among local and workers. so knew it had to be good. hauptkurs, dessert and wein for seven euro fifty. had the choice of chicken, pork or bark. delicious sauces. friendly people too. served also fish caught by the gentleman in the restaurant. pictures of his boat at the walls. back...again

Excellent restaurant catering mainly for locals but the host makes everyone welcome. The food is well presented, prato do dia style. Red house wine is perfect. 11.5 euros total for three courses , coffee and wine. What could be better? Reserva una mesa ahora

Went here on a whim one night. Great food but they didn't have a few menu items we were looking for so I subtracted a star for that. But lovely staff, affordable and lovely small town ambience.
