In the tradition of 'les meres lyonnaises ', this is cuisine maison of the highest standard from Carole, with warm, welcoming service from husband Olivier. The menu is in the style of bouchons de Lyon, with terrine, rognons de veau, andouillette, lentilles and other dishes of the soil. Everything is absolutely fresh and delicious from a little plate of lentils lyon sausage, to the fresh beans and carrots, lightly cooked in butter. The quenelles, a light fish dumpling, were outstanding the kind of dish you could never make yourself and that you remember for years!
