After research this looked the place to get a fish stew. The almost universal problem in the area is the min.2 persons threshold to get your hands on paellas/cataplanas and the like- obviously an issue if one of a couple really wants to try the item and the other really does not! Not many places even offer fish soup..all a bit odd in a big fish eating country. Here, hallelujah, they do a fish stew ..I ordered with no hesitation and it was superb. Big steak chunks from fish with hefty backbones..I think I had 4 kinds based on the types of bones) ...clams...a big prawn...and onion, tomatoes, red and green peppers and all in a delicious broth. Best fish dish I have eaten since a marmite Dieppoi...

Yes yes yes!!! A must visit for celiacs really I had so much food that was beautiful not just pan fried meat they had delicious meals and tapas done gluten free plus all deserts!! I got a chocolate mousse which was divine. For main I had a mackerel bruschetta which I never get. I had sweet potato fries a beautiful goat cheese salad prawns but the thing is they didn't make it plain due to my allergies they are all already gluten free and taste delicious.

excellent service, good value. the owner comes with gluten incompatible (not confirm whether zöliakie or not) so that the personal is very switched on. we had garnels with garlic and ingwer, a goat cheese salad (served with a river cracker,) a makrelenbrochetta (delicious,) a special of the day, steak pieces with sides of rice and sweet potatoes; all good. the desert had a chocolate mousse in the offer. not complaining. highly recommended.

Excellent service, good value. The owner happens to be in intolerant to gluten (didn't confirm if celiac or not) so the staff are very switched on. We had prawns with garlic and ginger, a goats cheese salad (served with a river cracker), a mackerel brochetta (delicious), a special of the day, steak pieces with sides of rice and sweet potato fries; all good. Service was not good, waiters were very busy and there was a wait for meal of over an hour. Managed to get a drink after half an hour, but a second drink ordered never arrived. The food was plentiful but average. Disappointed as we had lovely food and great service there a few years ago.

Tivemos um jantar agradável de frutos do mar aqui durante a nossa estadia. Não tínhamos reserva mas tivemos sorte. Definitivamente reserve durante a temporada.
