you can forget this place when you explore beziers. owners are very friendly and welcoming and they speak also English. their menu clearly indicated vegetarian and vegan options and they are open in the early afternoon for lunch, which did not seem to be the standard when I was here. The pepits are often well hidden. In a small street in Béziers, this small restaurant has offered us an exceptional cuisine. We were marvelled by tastes and flavours, from the fact-house of A to Z, even for the accompanying sauces of fries. Some drinks, organic, were also a discovery, fresh tea drink and cola extract. Also, the granita made-house... What we ate that night was uncommon. A unique place for lovers of good home Burger and Lebanese and Middle East specialists.
