our waitress was lovely. only thing I liked about the whole experience. 2 of the dishes that came to the table were not what we ordered on the menu one of the people in our party had to wait almost the duration of watching us Eat well she still had to wait for hers…management came over and apologized and said that she would make sure there was a discounts when the bill arrived there was two dollars taken off.. I think they could’ve done better. Next to management being condescending and phoney food poisoning is how I spent the rest of my night, I will not return.
Oakroom...you guys have surpassed amazing service and food on every occasion. I have been twice this last month and all I can say is WOW! Service is so great! I love the friendly staff and prompt service. You never have to ask for anything...water is filled...extra napkins and side plates are brought...servers ask how you are and they are very genuine. I would suggest this restaurant for group dinners or even a date night as I have done both and I have been so pleased. Keep up the good work you guys!
This was our first time at this restaurant as we’re not from here, and it was amazing!The food was so good, we got the steak and parm fries and the steak was perfect along with the fries. And the desert was so freaking good. The service was top notch, she didn’t come by too much but she came around enough! The prices were super reasonable and overall it was a really good experience and we definitely will be back!!Parking: The parking in front of the restaurant is very easily accessible!
We had an extremely large group and changed seats on our poor waiter several times trying to find our right visiting locations and Don, our waiter, was so patient and amazing. He was an absolutely awesome waiter. So thankful for all of Don's hardwork for us. And Daryn was incredible. Don and Deryn made a very special celebration dinner that much better. Thank you

Food is tasty and well presented. We had a large party last trip so a broad sample of the food and service was tested. There were zero complaints which is hard to achieve in large groups. We went on a weekday so there were great specials to boot. $10 off wine bottles and entree specials that really made it good value.Food: 4/5
Butternut ravioli was tasty. Steak cooked nicely and lobster was sweet and tender. Unfortunately our order took 1.5 hrs to arrive. Server was new and strung us along for a bit until the Mgr admitted the order hadn't been put in. Took away from the evening out with family. We were given a 15% discount on the meals.
we have finished in this restaurant because it was right next to our hotel and I am glad that we did it. the food was so tasteful and the service was great and to hide it, there was live music. our food was fast and came out. a must try my mind!
Placed a brunch order for takeout. Worst brunch I’ve ever had in my life. The poached egg yolks were completely solid and there was two giant piece of eggshell in it too. Definitely will not be eating here again.

Had chipotle fish tacos they were so yummy would definitely eat there again with oak greens salad nice flavor spice on the meals
