great place for a sunday roast . the best I had for a long time. the pudding was nice and because we, where full of the roast we have child pudding. but to be honest, they are where a great size and enough. personal, where very friendly and helpful would go back.

Quirky traditional pub. AMAZING food, huge portion and roast potatoes done as requested. Little gem hidden away. Very welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was chatting with each other (all strangers) really nice. Dog friendly. Will definitely be back!

this is my friend's birthday! he chose this because of the high ratings. beautiful eating with large portions. I love the banana pipe with ice cream very much. we had a happy conversation here and a nice meal!

Beautiful traditional pub. The ladies behind the bar and running the place were great and really nice I had the ribs and they were finger licking good. Portions are huge atmosphere was gorgeous.

Fantastic pub. Great food and the hosts were warming and welcoming. Fire in the corner, lots of character and fantastic food. Had the liver and onions. Best I've had in years.
