Oberweis Ice Cream Dairy Store

Do not often go to Oberweis, but if I do, the service and ice cream are always great! We lost our receipt, so you no longer have the survey code, but wanted to leave a review of our experience tonight and how great it was. Hasn't got his name, but the person who served us was super nice and personal. I think he was a manager and after giving me my shake, I thought I should make sure and ask if there are any nuts in the wafer neck he said there would be. I know I should have told him before that I had a nut allergy, so I felt super bad not to drink it, but without hesitation he said he would do another for me. The staff looked like they worked well and it was another good visit for me!

My experience here was wonderful!!!! I went through the drive thru and he was so patient and had such a positive attitude. He gave me different recommendations and even let me try different options as well without having to feel rushed. Thank you so much Dillon. The icecream is expensive but the quality and customer service makes it worth it! My family and I will be back!!

Nice location. Seemed pretty clean the only reason I gave it a 4 bcuz the outside seating was sticky. Not sure how often they wipe that down. So I ate the burger and left. It's pricey but I enjoyed the made to order meal. I also got the chocolate birthday cake shake and Pretty good! Comparing it to Culver's Turtle Sunday, I could be bias but I'd choose the Turtle Sunday.

Deelicious ice cream, definitely try the white hot fudge brownie sundae! I recommend the flavors espresso caramel chip and butter pecan. Please follow me on Instagram @tryatreat

I didn't have the food, but her milkshakes are pretty good. Cream and smooth.
