At first glance, the restaurant may seem unimpressive, but once inside, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the food is exceptional! I ordered the panko-fried goat cheese with thinly sliced beets, which was delicious. The duck confit was perfectly cooked and had a crispy skin, and the maple bacon cheesecake was the perfect ending to the meal. My husband had the grilled AAA steak, which was cooked to perfection with delicious veggies and hot baby potatoes. The service was outstanding, and the food was cooked right in front of us. We cannot wait to go back!
Tried Obie’s three weeks ago on a friend’s recommendation, and couldn’t have been happier. Excellent service, friendly vibe, and the greatest burger I’ve ever put in my head. My eyes got wider in disbelief with every bite. I’m not kidding. I couldn’t believe what I was tasting. It turns out that life is nothing but a big long chance to eat as many Obie Burgers as you can. I believe my future holds more more Obie Burgers, and less and less of everything else. Ten out of ten
This place is honestly AMAZING! Their homemade Obie burger is the best burger I have EVER had in my life. It was so beyond flavourful I came back the next day for lunch to have it again. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly. This place is probably hands down the best restaurant in Cambridge. Their spinach dip is also mouthwatering, and is the perfect size for a starter. If you haven't been here I highly recommend it!
Amazing food! I am the pickiest eater in the world and a vegetarian to top it off. I had the veggie stir fry and I have to say it was the best stir fry I have ever had! The server suggested trying tofu in it so I reluctantly said yes. WOW!!!! How is it possible to actually make tofu delicious? My hubby had the ribs. He loved them and there was a lot of food. The food was incredible and the service was top-notch, especially considering there was only one woman working the entire restaurant! I came in with a large group and they had all of our dishes prepared except for one. Despite only waiting for about 3 minutes, they treated me to a complimentary dessert. The staff was extremely friendly, the atmosphere was great, and they had an awesome kids menu.
Hidden Gem! Amazing food, good service and a decent price! The burgers are huge and delicious. The kids burger was the same size patty with just less stuff on it which is not what you see at a typical restaurant. My 7 year old wants to go there again and again; Had a chat with the owner and he was so nice! Definitely coming back!
excellent menu options! my husband and I are polar opposites when it comes to food and Obie's nailed it with a perfect coming together of some classics with a foodie twist) we will be back!! great service and large portions just an all around perfect place to eat local, fresh and delicious :
