This evening we had an appointment at 9 p.m. at @obrigado_rodizio in Osny for my husband 's birthday, I had booked this morning, on the site for the 9 p.m. slot. At 7 p.m., I call the restaurant to confirm once again, they tell me yes it 's good but on the other hand we close at 10:30 p.m., so... Yes I booked for 9 p.m. so I have time to eat ! We arrive at 9 p.m., we can clearly see that it bothers the waiter to give us a table, since he passes us 4 times huffing and we stay at the entrance like idiots. We are offered a table and before sitting down the waiter tells us ah on the other hand we close at 10 p.m. so... so what? We drove 40 minutes to come, I confirmed twice with them, it was 10:...
Disappointing and disappointed! Reserved for a birthday, the planned buffet was incomplete, there were no meats planned however we came on Thursday evening, the hot buffet was empty and only 4 types of dish offered contrary to what it offers us on the menu (rice, mash, mushroom paste, green beans) go to flunch would have been the same with more choice!! And for the price without drinks let's not talk about it! The meat was good and the Brazilian waiter was great unlike his colleagues who didn't want to work, it was almost written on their faces! They came to tell us and put pressure on us several times to serve again because they wanted to close the buffet even though we hadn't even started...
The meat was excellent, the garlic bread and roasted pineapple as well. The prices are largely reasonable (tested during the week at lunchtime). The service was courteous but on the other hand we were told that it was all you can eat and in fact we had to ask a lot for a second round (which is clearly not excessive in an all you can eat) we were first forgotten and then came to serve us with a sigh. I find that extremely unfortunate. In this case, set a fixed price and say that there is only one tour and that would have frustrated us much less. Damage !
For a table of 11, we are asked to book and come in advance to make a deposit of €100. So far, no problem. Arriving at the time of reservation, the welcome goes well however we learn that there is only a menu at €37.90 per person on Saturday evening. The meat is not at the price level. For 3 adults with a cocktail each, no coffee, no dessert, €135... I don't mind paying but I expect taste quality, service in return. Very disappointed Price per person: €40–50

The churrasqueiros bring the warm side with their sympathies and their smiles. They’re really the ones who keep the restaurant alive. Quality meat. Fresh and colorful cold buffet (downside on the feta tomatoes not great). The beige velvet seats weren't the best idea though. I didn't like the atmosphere, lack of intimacy after that it's the principle of buffet restaurants. The reception also needs to be reviewed. Food: 4
