The service was efficient enough, but very cold and impersonal. I don't know whether this was due to the fact that we had a Scoopon voucher or not. One would have thought that the whole purpose of promoting on Scoopon is to make more people come to dine in a restaurant where they would not normally do. We walked down little Stanley st with no booking on a Friday night and many places were full and taking details to ring when next table is free. Stopped for drink next door to obsession and decided to give it a try. There were tables free which would normally not be a good sign but we tried it anyway.We were all very happy with the meals, they were served very quickly and there was no doubt that they were cooked freshly as they were still steaming. The staff were very friendly and attentive making sure we were kept topped up with drinks.Price of $45 each for small entree, main and noodle dish plus drinks was good value.I would happily go again

Like everyone else I had a voucher for this place so I thought I'd give it a go. As for the service was very slow and scattered. We attended a Friday night the place wasn't even half full and took nearly 40 mins for our mains to come out. Yeah the food was great but I can also get great fried rice for $12.5 at my local Chinese opposed to $23.5 here. I found it very over priced for what you get. But we had a great night out so that makes up for it. There are so many cheaper and better places to eat around Southbank.
Thought we'd try Obsession for dinner on a Friday night before a concert. On the positive side we were served promptly, it's a great location with indoor and outdoor seating and the food came out quickly which suited us. Sadly my seafood stir fry was disappointing as it had sparse seafood and lots of celery and very little taste. Coupled with steamed rice it was such a bland meal. Only desert is deep fried ice cream but it was very nice.
Amazing service, the staff were more than friendly to help us when the table was a bit wonky by fixing it. Quick service, entrees were served and made in front of us within 5mins of ordering. Quick attendance and always with a smile. Hard to keep the misses happy, so her being impressed with the service speaks a lot about the service 5/5 stars for sure!
Visited with a friend for lunch, wish we hadn't bothered. Cocktail wasn't made correctly. The service was terrible and the food was just as bad as everything else. Waste of money, there's wasn't anything good about this place. The chicken was grey and black, the dumplings tasted foul and the soup was tasteless. Don't waste your time here.

Returned after a very pleasant meal about 3 years earlier. This time we were left a little disappointed. Meals were bland and quite small. Not much of a selection for kids either. Service was great but not the nicest Chinese food.
