Looking for a simple bakery before taking my train, I did not expect such a discovery: simply my heart is blowing to St Jean de Luz. Incoming, we immediately understand that local products (good valued at the counter) make the essence of the kitchen. The hotel offers a simple menu: some sandwiches, a salad, one or two dishes. I chose the sweet and tasty potato sandwich: delicious. Accompanied by a Basque cola, a beautiful discovery. As for the chocolate cookie, it’s probably one of the best I’ve tasted over the last ten years. Finally the kindness of the staff completes this painting, and contributes to making this place a must in St Jean de Luz.
I stumbled across this place halfway through my visit and wish I’d found it sooner. I ate lunch here nearly every day for a week. The food is delicious and there are a lot of healthy options. Also, the hot chocolate is the best in France!! The owner is super friendly and speaks perfect English.
We stopped here on the friend's advice and we were agreeably surprised. The place is very nice and the pancakes were delicious. If you're looking for a place to have breakfast, you have to come here.
One of my favorite spots from all the coast! We eat great, people are super nice and the selection of nature wines is top!
