Juan Carlos, the manager is unprofessional and improperly trained on how to approach disabled people and our service animals. Ask if they are a service dog, don 't assume and say we don 't allow pets. My dog, despite my being very frustrated by this ableist, ignorant man was calm, quiet, didn 't jump, pull or bark. February 2024. My legally blind mother-in-law shops at the store quite often and Rose the manager Always has a smile on her face and guides my mother through the store to help her find the things that she just can’t see. Then Tracy with a Y in the Wellness area helps her we’ve through the difficulties and translations of ingredients, effective and usages of all the different vitamins and minerals that are offered. Trust me, my sweet mother-in-law can be quite difficult to deal with at 87 years old. However, Oceana treats her like she is family. It's great. They carry some unique products, and Kevin knows his way around beer. Talk with him. But their hot food is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I get it. It's Pacifica, but come on now.
Seems like our local version of Whole Foods. They have a lot of products you don't see everywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy parking and safe
