No, no, no. The server seemed to be overwhelmed while the management was at the front. The tea was excessively sweet, almost unpalatable, and we never saw the waitstaff offer us more water or anything else. The food was just okay; the fried chicken with honey felt more like roasted chicken in a soup. It would have been better if the honey was served on the side to avoid it being a watery mess. I have to say, this was the worst dining experience I've ever had, largely due to the manager, Kevin. He's a tall guy with glasses and dreadlocks, and I want to specify him just in case there are other employees with the same name. I will never return to this restaurant as long as Kevin is in charge. His rudeness and unprofessional behavior overshadowed everything else, to the point that I can't even recall how the food tasted. My husband and I were regulars at O'Charley's, but after this incident, I won't be stepping foot in any O'Charley's again. I visited O'Charley's on Broad Street on Valentine's Day, and although the restaurant was very busy, I was truly impressed by the staff. They managed to work under significant stress while maintaining excellent customer service. Everyone, from Ms. Lynn at the cash register to the cooks, door attendants, and waitresses, displayed remarkable patience and organization. I had the opportunity to sit down and observe, and what I noticed was that everyone was in their roles and incredibly adaptable. The food was absolutely outstanding!
I arrived at this location 6300block of West broad st near the Burlington Coat factory and stop at the entrance while the employees just walked by and huddled in their group talking, there were only 2 customers in the entire restaurant. I will not visit this location again. We were not seated nor were we greater by anyone...they just walked by and continued their conversations.

Stacy, the amazing Bartender, is AMAZING! She is kind, and a master of multitasking. In addition to taking care of me at the bar, she managed the seating area nearby as well as worked the curbside-to-go operation. Stacy is a WINNER!
I really enjoy this OCharley's location. It can be a bit quiet at times, but I think it's greatly underrated. The bartenders are consistently fantastic. On my toughest workdays, this place serves as my safe haven.
I won't be returning to this restaurant. The service was poor and the food was disappointing. The wait times were really long as well.
Got no service to be seated and the one guy who did come by acted like I was a burden for being there. What is wrong with people...
