O'charley's Restaurant Bar

We ate for the birthday of our daughter-in-law today. It was a big big big big big big disappointment. We've eaten there, it's been a while, a few years ago, but it wasn't worth spending our time and money there. We ordered some appetizers. The potato skins were boiled and not very large. The Avocado Artichoke Dip had a ton of chips and not much dip. Don't look at anything like it was in the picture in the menu. It should have been twice as big as us and not what he expected. Again. The shrimps and crabs were good, but the picture in the menu looked twice as big as the crowd. We have four people at our party. Her son's steak and chicken dinner was very good, he said. My husband's pork chops were very thin and not what he expected. Again, the picture was very misleading. My bacon cheeseburger had no bacon that the waitress brought me a little bacon, but I ordered the fried cheese on it and it didn't taste good. The manager gave us a discount of some kind, but he just gave us a total refund on this sandwich. The waitress was great. She was the best part of the whole meal. Her name is Jesse, and she tried to take care of us for the best of her ability. I can tell you one thing, we will not be back, nor will we recommend O' Charlys to anyone we know. The side salad was also a disappointment. I have a small sliver of a cherry tomato, that was it up to tomatoes

I had a terrible experience. It was my first time to go with a friend and we shared the shrimps and stuffed crabs appetizer, it was cold, but we are not complaining, so we let it slip. When we came to the main meal, an employee came and took our plates before we were finished, although we said no. We still ordered cakes, of course it was the reason we came, but the same happened again before we finished the cake. I was so shocked that I cried. That was a terrible experience. Our waitress was amazing that it was just the guy who wanted to get us out. He also brought the cleaning supplies to the table and let him clean for us. The waitress took it fast. It wasn't an apology either. The food was mediocre, from what we had of it.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Bugs in the FOOD! Ordered a kids pizza and was surprised to find a roach in the pizza...not on the pizza- IN THE PIZZA. Very disgusted and would not recommend dining or ordering out from this establishment! Very nice about trying to replace the food and processing a refund so I gave them 2 stars.

Tonight was a really good night for dinner , The food was delicious the only drawback I seen was I ordered a steak medium and it came out more well but it was still good I will be back we both will be back

The food was pretty good. Multiple choices in the menu. I have the Louisiana Sirloin Steak and it was a little hard and cooked over, but had good taste. Buffalo Shrimp was very good.
