Persons with disabilities are not welcome here! This shop Deserves ZERO stars! The employees were very rude and unconsidered. 1:00 on Wednesday afternoon is a table occupied. We came in and I had to look for someone. There were NO employees in sight. I had to go back to the kitchen and finally hit an employee. She came out and took a look at my mother who said a service dog (wear a service vest and marked leash) and sprinkle on her heals when passing? sick with a manager? It took a long time. We were tired and annoyed, just came from the hospital with my dad, so after at least 5 minutes standing there, I went back to the kitchen where I could hear the staff who speak quite loud. The woman who came out earlier said: Now they will just sit on the terrace.. Then I heard another voice about a dog inside?? Next, the lady comes out and I'm telling her?? This is a service dog, and you never asked us before you expired?. In the meantime, I had seen a guy in the bar asking about the manager who came fast. We apologized to her because we are tired and irritable, but also made it clear to the manager that we do not appreciate the way the employee disregarded us and ignored us. The original employee sat at a dirty table (no menu or cutlery) by shaking the hand and saying, ?just sit here?, then ran away. Another guest came in and sat right behind us and before they could even feel comfortable had water and bread on the table!! We were not even visited by a waitress at that time!! We went out! Hanged photo is from the empty restaurant when we came out and the original employee stood and talked to the new guests who apparently did not care for us.

First and last I guess! I went on Sunday around 415pm got seated and 10 minutes later after someone came by to let us know that we got in the middle of shift change ... So? That shouldn't be your excuse with an empty restaurant. We had enough time seated to know EVERYTHING we wanted plus we had limited time so we tried to make it easier and faster for them... Which took at least 20 mins for loaded potato skins that were undercooked. Oh DO NOT, please DO NOT order mojito. 40 mins later our food wasn't ready yet. We kindly asked to have our food boxed and for our check. We paid our bill and even tipped because it is not the servers fault. They offered 1o% discount and as much as I appreciated it, someone needs to tell management that first off servers going on break or changing shifts shouldn't affect the customers. It was not busy at all which is why my review reflects discontent. I really would not want to be there on a busy rush. Also if everyone came at once at least when you are seating ppl take the drinks for whoever can help since you already know you are short staffed.

Service was terrible, the place was run for old people, could be a great place like twin tips! Need better music, dimmer lights and a manager who wants to make a difference. The atmosphere is for people in their 60s!! You have a whole bar! Nobody's sitting there. It's a boring atmosphere! Now I had a togo order and asked for Ranch and the ranch is mad!!! Great!! The manager in the purple shirt was terrible during training and care about customer service and his employees!! Time 8:15 when this happened on Friday 13!! Terrible I will never return to this institution!!

I have to say by far that was the best experience I ever had in my life. Our server Brittany was TOP HERE. She expected our needs, offered suggestions and she has a wonderful personality. My daughter and I shared a complete rib with the Nashville Hot Sauce, a double order of sweet smash and for dessert we had apple cub with ice. Everything was absolutely amazing! I wanted to lick every plate where we were served. The food was excellent and I had the opportunity to thank the manager. A great experience. Please come by and ask for Brittany!

Our Waitress Sha Was Very Attentive and The Manager Made Sure Our Drinks Were Made Over Taste Better. The Salmon Plank With Loaded Mashed Potatoes Mac Cheese Was Amazing. Will Definately Return
