superb! we were on 31.08.2021 at 19.00 a.m. in the Ösch noir and were really thrilled! in particular the personal was of excellent friendliness, which we were not allowed to experience even in the best restaurants in london, new york, madrid etc.! I ordered from voilá in the post site the menu osch noir best of. Unfortunately, the rohmakrelenfilet was not marinated by the appetizer or otherwise tastefully convincing. the chef may forgive me, but because of this, the slightly salted short fried in the pan of olive oil. then it fits harmoniously with the others. it's a pity that the beginning was a little blunt. therefore a star to be rejected. the rest of the menu was able to convince with fine food. both visual and qualitatiw were my wife and away from the teller masterpieces. please think of a makrelenfilet makrelenfilets in the appetizer. then it would be five stars.
the ambiente is elegant and restrained and is conjured with few accessoires a hingucker. the 6 course menu with wine tasting has convinced us completely. each gang was an experience of being culinary as well as the individual dishes were dressed, simply a special experience. we also liked that each gang surprised with the corresponding one. in between there were also small greetings from the kitchen. the service is very attentive but not intrusive. even the coffee becomes a pleasure with a gruss from the kitchen. an evening full of pleasure that will remain in memory.
Now, in the face of the hotels we have to accept the strong restrictions. the environment is ok for the situation, even if they have to go over the hof to the toilet. for a classic dinner, the room is of course less suitable. the prices are not adapted to the spatial conditions and the total pressure. it was digestible. I'm not going back until the hotel's finished, so it's not really funny.

the restaurant is safe for the future on a good wise. of course they cannot discuss that it is currently in the middle of a construction site. the toilet car is quite adventurous! the personal is always trying, but doesn't work yet! it was okay.
eating was not only good, but especially. the service simply great. very attentive, but unobtrusive and loose, especially sommelier! the weinbegleitung was perfectly matched! everything perfect and definitely worth its price!
a visit at the öschberghof is always a pleasure! we look forward to the time after the restaurant New / Reconstruction. we're coming back.
