Off The Beaten Path

fortunately we found this coffee house at our recent visit to melton mowbray and what a sound. it was a sunny day, so we sat outside for our lunch. from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. the owner, wayne was very. friendly and knowledgeable about the coffee that my man thought was the best he had tried in a past. the food was very delicious and well presented. the vegetarian middle sea soup I had been amazing, and the chicken car sandwich that my man had eaten to the best he had. Although we had no cake, they all looked wonderful. the place was very clean and all staff were very attentive to their needs. will definitely be back at our next visit to melton.

We came across this cafe by chance and was so glad. I had the Melton Mowbray platter with a cheese scone and my partner had the brie and cranberry panni and neither of us were disappointed. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, even though...they were obviously run off their feet, as it is was very busy. For afters, (as it would have been rude not to) we had a Victoria sponge and a toffee apple crumble cake (warm with cream). Both were homemade and absolutely delicious. Thank you to all the staff on today, you did an amazing job!

we love to go to this caffe in melton. eating is delicious or you could just have coffee and cake. her coffee is excellent. they are also really cautious with their covid measures the workers wearing masks and they immediately clean tables and chairs. the personal is always friendly.

Having grown and processed my own coffee in Costa Rica, I'm fussy where I go for coffee in Melton. One of the places which serves excellent coffee is Off The Beaten Path, top of Nottingham Street near the Cattle Market. Highly recommended. Matthew O'Callaghan Reserva una mesa ahora

Lovely coffee and food. The cakes are homemade and look amazing as well as being very tasty (and large portion sizes). The staff are very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend a visit to this little gem.

service, food and coffee are all excellent. we had speckbälle and a few coffees. we will have to visit again to try the cake (being seen past the portions look very generous).

This place is Fab.. Great welcome, service , coffee cakes.. wish I lived nearer as I would be a regular ..the Pavlova is So Good ..love that you reply to people's review ..
