Was a wedding and reception at this place. Everything promised was not upheld. They painted shortly before the wedding began and sprayed a ton of cheap air freshener to try and cover up the smells. A/C was not set early to cool the venue off. Was so hot the cake slid apart. No one ever came to check on the event or try and help with things. Door was not replaced as promised and the one being used was extremely hard to open. They waited to the day of the wedding to do renovations to the place. Only positive about this place is the restaurant side had good food...
The service was amazing 10/10, despite having only one person working he did everything from serving to cooking and made sure to check on our table any time he had the chance. Super knowledgeable and helpful when it came to ordering. We were also allowed to try a little bit of a few dishes to make sure we liked it before we ordered it! Personally I loved the vegetable soup with chicken and fufu it was sooo delicious. I learned so much about African cuisine and I’m glad I stopped by with family to try the food here. Suggest everyone to come by and give it a try!
The owner was amazing , I almost didn't come in because of the look of the plaza that it sets in, the owner gave me wonderful vibes on the phone , I explained I never had the type of food and he quickly asked me to come in for samples. He gave me like 5 different dishes even told me what to avoid being a new taster. I should of took his advice on one ? I eventually ordered the jolof rice and the ebusi , was fantastic ill definitely come back for more. Thank you so much
One thing I have been wanting to try since moving to STL is Nigerian Cuisine. We came to this beautiful eatery for my fiancés Father’s Day. We had dinner it satisfied everything I imagined it would. Tiffany gave us a sample tray to try a few dishes before ordering which most places do not offer that. She was very friendly the food was fresh delicious. The portion sizes were generous the prices were excellent. I recommend.

Omg the customer service was amazing and the food was even better!! for so long egusi soup has been my favorite but today I tried the vegetable soup, fufu and fish today and it was delicious my new favorite meal I also had fried plantains that were cooked to perfection I must say this is definitely my new favorite place to eat
10/10 would recommend. We drove 30 minutes so I could try some of the food I'd been googling while reading the works of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. Everything was absolutely amazing. The fact that the server brought out samples really meant a lot. We will definitely be making the drive often.
Man got delivery through DoorDash and I couldn’t believe it. The food was stale. Disappointed was expecting some good food after spending good amount of money. Threw the food away!!
