to the rescue where are the 2 stars? nothing to do with a double starred restaurant, placed in the mouth, I took the menu at 230€/person, on the 4 dishes, one (la! langoustine) was properly erected with different structures, the other 3 were in emulsion or in sauce. No dressage, we would have believed in the restaurant of cyrille lignac (newsday,) really unworthy of a 2 stars, the frame is correct but as smokers are in the middle of non-smokers on the terrace it spoils the little pleasure, so to flee and michelin svp see your stars!
