My wife was excited to try this place out. I had warned her that I wasn't comfortable with trying a new Japanese restaurant out, especially when we've been disappointed so many times before. Our go-to place have been Sushi House in Alameda. We value their portions, freshness, flavor, and price. So we ended giving this restaurant a go. We got 4 rolls and a rice bowl. The problem I have with the sushi is the size of the rolls, the amount of fish you get, and the fillings used. Their rolls are close to half the size of the rolls I typically get from Sushi House. My son and I ordered out because it was just the two of us home. He suggested this place because he said he had been before and it was good. I was extremely unimpressed the rolls fell apart easily and some had nothing but rice on the end pieces. The seaweed salad was ok it was a bit in the sweet side. Would i try again eat in instead of delivery yes. I always try and give a place a second chance as long as the customer service is good. Which it was so will go back for sure.

Sushi is a 4/10. Rice is kind of stale. Also, if you want a side of ATITUDE with your meal, this is the place to go. I went in today to pick up lunch for myself and my dad. The guy that put my sushi together gave me attitude because I asked him for a fork for my dad since he doesn't know how to use chopsticks. I know customer service isn't an easy job but I don't believe asking for a fork when you're spending your money on food, is something to give customers attitude for.

I placed an online order on their website at 6:30, but by 8:15, the delivery still hadn't arrived, so I decided to head to the restaurant myself. A two-hour wait for delivery is unacceptable! I tried calling, but their phone was down the entire time. When I arrived, the owner didn't apologize or offer me the complimentary item mentioned on their menu. I ordered through DoorDash and I won't be ordering from this place again. I got the sashimi deluxe plate, and the tuna didn't look fresh at all! The edges were brown, which is definitely not appealing—I refuse to eat fish that's not fresh. This is going straight into the garbage! They also forgot my edamame. I will definitely not be ordering from here again!

The ikura nigiri has gone bad and they stink. I saw that the roes are deflated and popped and that's why I took a sniff first. The hamachi nigiri has not gone bad but is dry and not fresh. Also ordered the mango sashimi salad, lion king roll, and rainbow roll, they are ok. Disappointed and won't be back.

I don't really know what happened because DoorDash driver services called to tell me the store said my order was already picked up so the driver cancelled. I ordered again and they waited until close to cancel the order. Seemed like a sheisty thing to do when it was in no way shape or form my fault.

The new management is disappointing. They allow their employees to smoke right in front of the entrance, making it feel like I'm walking into a club. To make matters worse, the employee put down their cigarette and then went straight to prepare my food. They really need to improve. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had my food delivered through here. Food was good and arrived on time. The only thing I would recommend for the restaurant is to package cooked rolls separately from ones with sashimi. The heat from the cooked rolls made my fresh roll all warm :
