I had high expectations for this restaurant. As you can see in the picture, the portion sizes are quite large. Unfortunately, the food lacks flavor. The macaroni salad is completely bland, and the steamed vegetables and rice are simply unseasoned. The pork was dry, and the chicken was just okay. Overall, the best way to describe the meal is "flat"—no salt, no seasoning at all. The sauce that accompanied the dish was a strange, gelatinous mess, making it nearly inedible. On a positive note, the staff is friendly, although the kitchen was a bit slow for a fast-casual setting; it took about 15 minutes, but at least the food was served hot. The counter staff were great, but I won't be returning....

Had high expectations. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by no one , I was standing over the counter patiently for 5min while 2 girls behind the counter just stood there and I had to ask for help. I will say the girl with black hair and cool elephant pants did smile and was helpful once I asked for help. The other young lady was very stoic the whole time. I ordered 3 scoops of protein and sadly received what looked like 1 scoop. The only fresh thing in my bowl was the cilantro and avocado. The tuna was dry and rough. The service by the people in the front was very unwelcoming and unpleasant. I usually like to leave tips but after their cold unpleasant energy, I couldn’t get myself to le...

Ohana offers some of the tastiest poke bowls I've had since my time in Hawaii, along with their superb macaroni salad. They have a diverse selection of combinations, and the seafood always seems fresh. The staff at the front counter are consistently friendly and helpful. I've only done takeout since they don't have a complete dining area, but that doesn't bother me at all because the food more than compensates for it. There's always parking available, and the location is very convenient.

The food here reminds me so much of my time in Maui! Every once in a while, I crave some Loco Moco to really satisfy me. My wife swears the poke bowls are the best in North Texas. I enjoy them not only because they're delicious, but also because they're healthy. The fish is fresh, the veggies are excellent, and the sticky rice is just right. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Just don’t expect anything remarkable in terms of atmosphere—it's clean, but quite simple. Reserva una mesa ahora

This was our first time visiting. The food was decent, though nothing particularly outstanding. We had planned to return, but the service really put us off. The staff, especially the woman in the black shirt, appeared irritated when taking our order and acted bothered by us being there at all. We were the only customers besides another couple who left soon after we arrived. It was clear they were annoyed to be interrupted from their phones.

The drink machine was so dirty it almost made us walk out—it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned or sanitized regularly. Overall, cleanliness seemed lacking throughout the restaurant. The food was okay, but the chicken and macaroni salad were quite bland and underseasoned. On top of that, the cashiers were eating right next to the register, which was really off-putting.

Was so happy to see this place then we walked in. Waited almost 20 minutes for bbq pork and Katsu. You can taste the old grease. All the sauces were coagulated because they were still ice cold from the fridge. There are Aunties crying over the horrid taste of the pork, chicken and macaroni salad. $30 down the drain over horrid food and bad service

Ohana, oh heaven. This place is always fresh and the poke bowls are sold at a great price. It 's a great place for a brick-and-mortar location yet I 've never had any trouble with an awful line or unreasonable wait. The parking lot often looks like it 's packed but don 't let that deter you! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food is decent, and it's best to order for takeout or delivery. The staff, however, don’t create a welcoming environment, making the atmosphere feel quite awkward. Unfortunately, it’s the complete opposite of the warm, inviting vibe you’d expect from a Hawaiian experience.
