Ohnamiya Japanese Takeaway

If you don't mind a simple, cheap meal this is the place. Not a massive menu, but tasty, quick and reliable. We take it away often. A chicken Karaage rice box is a favourite. Nothing flashy and not a huge serve. Also you can't get dumplings and the miso not a favourite with my husband. But that said we pop in usually once a month when we need a quick meal.

Been coming here for the last few years and while it is always busy,we manage to get a table quickly. The food here is quite good with all their boxed options but I also like to start with some toro salmon sashimi which is really nice.Can't really go wrong here plus it is BYO wine.

Second visit this week for some of the. Eat Japanese food I have had. Simple, delicious, quick. The number of Japanese eating here is the giveaway. Can be a short queue at busy times, well worth the wait. Miso fresh and particularly good. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Bento box heaven! Always great quality and good value. Very busy Applecross stalwart, cosy dining space for locals and visitors. Tasty and rewarding - give it a go (if you haven't already).

Me and friends got takeaway from this place, later to discover that long aluminium shavings were hidden in not one but TWO of our meals! Pretty horrified.

The food at Ohnamiya is legit and cheap. I had heard from friends who lived in the area, that the food was great, but don't frequent Applecross that Reserva una mesa ahora

This is a really cute little place. The food was pretty good overall. Love the free tea idea, very cool. Will be back again.

There's 2 of these South of the River and this one is the best oneNice decor, good Japanese
