Okeefe's Tavern - Reservar una mesa

My husband and I had not been to O'Keefe's in a number of years because the last time we had been there the place was really dirty and smelly. Our feet stuck to the floor when you walked on it. There was a nasty area rug on the floor that was just gross. The food tasted awful. It took a lot of persuasive comments from my husband to give it another try. So I gave in and I am glad I did. That area rug was gone and my shoes didn't stick to floor. The food was good. It was hot and flavorful. It just goes to show, you really do need to give people a second chance. We will go back again and will look forward to it.

Well my review is a bit narrow because I’ve been there 5 times and got the fish and chips every time. I love fish and chips but never get it because it’s always greasy. This is not. It’s cooked perfectly and is not oily at all. They also use haddock instead of cod so it has a great flavor. It’s especially good with some malt vinegar on top. The steak fries are fat and delicious. The staff is great and the place is clean. It has a very cool pub feel, some say it’s outdated but I think it’s just old school.

I've never had a bad meal here. Service is AMAZING, no matter the server/bartender. They also have all day/all week happy hour. Cant go wrong with the Mulligan Stew (my absolute fav), Corn beef and Cabbage, meatloaf, or the Shepards pie. I always love sitting outside, and they have a great covered and non covered section. Pet friendly, which is also awesome. If you're looming for a great Irish pub or just a great bar/restaurant, this is it
