We came here for AYCE sushi and despite the restaurant being small, it was still packed. Service was pretty good. I typically eat AYCE sushi in the city but after coming here, I noticed a difference in quality. The sashimi definitely tasted better but the best part was that there was so many different special roll varieties. I don't know them off the top of my head but we ordered so many and none of them disappointed. The only gripe I have is that we ordered two servings of the karaage chicken, pork tonkatsu, and chicken fingers but we received so much. I was eager to try this restaurant one night when I was really hungry. I'm glad I didn't order too much. I got a shrimp tempura roll and a shrimp avocado roll. Unfortunately, the rice on my sushi was undercooked. If you're someone who knows their rice, you'll understand what I mean. The rolls weren't wrapped or cut properly, so everything kept falling apart when I tried to pick them up. This, along with the crunchy rice, made it hard to eat the rolls. A friend recommended Oki Sushi to us, and our first visit showed promise with a friendly young waiter. After deciding to give it another try a year later, our recent experience left much to be desired. As we discussed the menu options, the initial waiter became overly intrusive and removed our menus prematurely. You have to try the sushi from this place. Each piece in a roll is generously sized and moist. I usually go for the 3-roll combo with the pink lady, spicy tuna, and California rolls. I always find everything to be incredibly fresh at this restaurant! I love ordering from here, and their all-you-can-eat sushi option for dining in is amazing. It's definitely one of my top favorite places to eat.
