Okiddo - Reservar una mesa

I’ve been a regular client since late 2019, and I’m going back to every one of my professional trips around Aix-les-Bains and as usual it was once more excellent. products seem fresh, portions are copyy and service is one-time. Tonight I took a “ Amateur” menu and “ebi fry” to take away and I’m not disappointed at all.

Chirashi is pretty good: the fish is quite fresh (even at night) and the preparation is quite subtle, without too much sauce. The algae salad is correct. only the miso soup is a little retired, with a very neutral taste. In summary, it's a good address.
