Okita Sushi - Reservar una mesa

Loyal customers for a year, we endured all the delays and complications during deliveries (sometimes going to look for take-out when we had ordered delivery, sometimes having to wait more than 2 hours to be delivered, guiding the delivery person several times during about twenty minutes on the phone when the address is known to them) and finally, when we had a communication problem, we were told that our order was cancelled. Never any apology from the staff, or commercial gesture for our patience and friendliness in any circumstance clearly not deserved by this establishment. Loyalty obviously does not pay, maybe it will be better received elsewhere.

The sushi is very good there but then the rest... the service is overwhelmed as soon as there are more than two tables and the orders are always incomplete. Last visits: 1 hour of waiting for an order or 3/4 of it was missing and then we were told if you want to order the rest, you have to hurry because the cook is leaving in 30 minutes . I won 't comment on the oh so noisy room, although small...

A Good place to hangout with friends, family and co-worker!!! Great ambience and great food!!! Got takeaway too!!!
