Okura Robata Grill And Sushi La Quinta

I sat at the bar. The bartender/server, Carlos, was attentive and friendly. I told his manager that he was awesome. The food was just okay, the beef skewers were room temperature, not hot. The tempura a little on the greasy side. Not terrible, but not great either.

The food here was quite average or perhaps even below average for what I expected from a nice sushi restaurant and certainly for the prices. We were seated toward the end of the shift so the waitress was most concerned with us knowing that.

Had a date night lastnight and everything was perfect. Server was very attentive didn’t get the name (sorry). Food and drinks were delicious. This place never disappoints.

Mickey our server was absolutely fantastic!! Food was wonderful! So glad we came to Okura!
