Old Barney's - Reservar una mesa

I was with my family while they were pretty busy. The service was good at first. We had ordered our food and sat down waiting for an hour. Our server finally comes back up to us and asked us if we wanted to just leave. I was shocked and extremely disappointed as there were multiple tables who had received their food before us, and there were only 3 of us. After all that waiting, we left hungry and unfortunately unhappy as well. A simple, “I’m sorry, but we’re just not able to handle this many people,” would’ve sufficed.
