We find that chain restaurants usually don 't utilize their OpenTable reservations and usually have to wait for our reservation to reach 'assumed seated ' in order for our points to apply. Which is fine, I just feel that the staff should be more aware of how OpenTable works outside of the restaurant and 'seat ' reservations in their system just as they would walk-ins. Old Chicago, in general, is one of our favorite 'just because ' dinner spots. It 's no muss, no fuss bar food and pizza. They had a good Oktober Fest special which we took advantage of and our server was very attentive and friendly. We were lucky enough to get in and out before the dinner rush, so we were able to talk and enjoy...
this place, especially daniel, has saved my friends birthday! we had canceled our reservations in another restaurant last minute, so we did to oc’s for help. Not only that they took our 20 person party last minute, but daniel did it with professionalism and additional expenses! eating was great and, as always, they went to the extra efforts and gave us a side area (so we could speak and enjoy the party without interrupting other guests.) seriously, without their help the party would have been a disaster, so thank you!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! After a long 12-hour shift at my own restaurant, I was blown away by the genuine hospitality at Old Chicago. I am now a big fan of this place. The pepperoni pizza was delicious and the boneless wings were also outstanding. But the highlight of the night was our server Jake, who made the experience truly unforgettable. I can't wait to come back and sit in his section again. Thank you, Old Chicago!
Family type Pizza joint with locals and lots of travelers from nearby hotels. There was a Denver hockey playoff game so the bar was packed with fans. We got seated quickly. Kitchen was falling behind maybe due to short staff, so a bit of a wait. By the time we left, there was a three hour wait just to be seated. Food was pretty good. I think the high school state track meet was happening so that too contributed to the business. Perfect storm.

Experience is defined by ambiance and service. Now we are talking about Old Chicago- I get that. But here’s what to expect from this particular Old Chicago. When you order your food it never comes out. When it finally does it’s terrible. When the server comes to the table they don’t apologize. When you ask for the manager, he doesn’t come out and just gives you a meal credit. When you ask again, he blames the cook. That’s what you can expect.
Old Chicago did not honor my reservation, claiming they don't use OpenTable. I showed them my reservation, but the staff member simply said, "I'm sorry, you'll have to wait half an hour." They could have seated us ahead of the line or done something to accommodate us. Did they offer us a discount on drinks? It was my birthday, and I was quite disappointed by the lack of customer service!
Great!!! They accommodated all 22 of us. The pizza was great the appetizers were great. The waitress was the best we've had in a very long time. She did refills as soon as she saw we were getting low, asked us if we were OK n if we needed anything else. I don't recall her name but she had a party of 22 on Friday afternoon and did awesome!!!
From 10pm to 12am, you can get a $5 personal pizza with 2 toppings. The crust and sauce are excellent. Although I had never been here before, I found it to be a great spot to grab a quick bite. The only downside was the slightly grumpy bartender.

A group of 5 people enjoyed the classic pan pizzas at this restaurant. They were delicious! They also loved the buffalo wings, fried pickles, and garlic cheesy bread. They would definitely come back again.
