I was invited to Old Chicago by a friend to enjoy some pizza and drinks with his buddies. This was my first time at Old Chicago, though I had heard good things about its pizza. My first impression is that the atmosphere is rather cozy. Our waitress was very efficient at her job and friendly to us. She checked on several occasions to see how we were enjoying the food and if we needed refills. One of the guys ordered an appetizer of garlic bread that he shared with everybody. It was rather basic garlic bread, and is about what you’d expect from garlic bread. I ordered an individual, hand-tossed-crust pepperoni pizza. From the first bite of the pizza, I was a little disappointed by the cheese....
Absolutely terrible service. When we walked in, the staff just stared at us for a minute. After finally being seated, no one came to take our drink orders or even inform us that it would be a wait. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Eventually, I saw an employee delivering salads to another table and checking if they needed refills, as well as doing the same for the table behind us. We were completely overlooked. After waiting for 20 minutes, we decided to get up and leave.
I recently visited the restaurant after it changed its name. I miss the old name, Old Chicago, because the food was better and I preferred their takeout containers. Although it may seem insignificant, it made a difference to me. Additionally, I don't like restaurants that close early because you never know when they will reopen. They closed early tonight because there were no customers, which made me feel uncomfortable.
The staff is definitely 5 . The food was good. But the staff made meal worth it.. every server I seen had a great attitude and very personalable specially for a Saturday night at this location! Food was hot and fresh and cooks were accommodating. Love the servers especially!!

I always get the Chicago 7 with the Chicago thick crust and never disappointed! This pizza is tasteful, packed with toppings and has great portions. I wouldn't do anything for a few hours after eating the pizza, but it hits the deep dish pizza hunger perfectly
We always have a great experience here. Had a hand tossed pizza this time and it was solid! Staff is polite, attentive. Our drinks were great! All the food passing out table looked delish so we have a lot more to try next time we come thru!
Still a decent place to watch a game and have apps and drinks in the large bar area, but food is just average. Usually very good service. Just need to upgrade quality of dinners and then I'll rate 4 stars.
Enjoy the food here. We tried their wings recently and they were also delicious, I like they were fried twice. I also have her pizza lunch buffet, that's really good.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. We have never experienced poor service from any of the servers - they are all excellent.
Got food poisoning here after eating a chicken Caesar salad. Was in the hospital for 24 hours. Will be suing.
