After literally ignoring me for 5 minutes, the CUSTOMER next to me asked me if I had been helped yet. NO. Stephanie was clearly annoyed when I hollered, “excuse me, may I have a menu”? As if it was in inconvenience, she said she was cleaning (as ifthat should be more important than customers) and brought one. She did NOT take the opportunity to ask if I wanted anything todrink. When she returned, she asked, “did you want something?” I asked for a beer and she walked away. It took 5 minutes fora menu, 3 minutes for a drink and 13 minutes for an app. I know this because I decided to watch the clock so I could beaccurate. I am glad she has regulars, but the next person that sat down on my side...
