This franchise has taken a complete nosedive and is a shell of what it once was. It's no surprise the Austin Bluffs Academy location closed down after being open for several decades. I used to go to Old Chicago all the time 5-6 years ago. Their menu was extensive, amazing and for a corporate place their food was pretty good. They also had amazing deals on food after 10 pm with the personal pizzas and pub burgers. They had these really good mac cheese bites; to this day some of the best mac cheese I've ever had. Are you kidding me?!?! I 'm sitting at the bar, sit down, the bartender pours a drink from the tap in front of me, doesn 't acknowledge me with a hi or be right with you. Then has the nerve to walk to the other end of the bar and proceed to have a conversation with the person down there knowing I just sat down. 1 Then has the nerve to look at me, but doesn 't come ask for my order until she has asked everyone else at the bar between her and me if they are ok. I ' very been here 30 minutes and the same dirty dishes to the right of me are still here even when the bartender was chatting with a customer in the same vicinity saying how she liked working her because its not as strict here. Really wanted some pizza tonight. Walked in and waited to be seated and waited and waited. Waitress saw us and continued to clean and did not even acknowledge us. Walked away hungry and very disappointed.

Great service, very attentive but not intrusive. 100% great service. Had personal pizza.. freaking delicious! Atmosphere was great. Good craft beer selection.

Able to take a large party on no notice, and the food came out hot and pretty much at the same time. Prices on most things were good.

Front door was wide open for bugs to fly in. A/C was off which also let the bugs fly inside. Bugs do not like it keeping it cool.
