Old Hickory Steakhouse

We had dinner here twice this week while staying at the Gaylord Palms. The first night my medium rare steak was well done. The second night the steak was so raw I couldn’t even finish it. The sides are subpar at best. The waiter was incredibly rude to my wife. For the price tag I expected this to be an amazing steak house however, it’s no better than the average Outback steak house.

Where do I begin, the food was phenomenal the service was amazing. We felt welcomed right when we walked in the door. Carlos was amazing and was nice enough to find us a table on a very busy night with no reservation. Thanks again to the whole team and we will definitely be back. The french onion soup, the bread, the burrata and beet salad and the chicken entree were the chefs kiss.

Dave was an outstanding server! His recommendation on the brie was spot on...and I don't normally like brie. The food was great as always, but this time I got something other than steak. Glad I did, as the gnocchi was incredible! Thanks to the entire staff for a great night!

Service from Lynette, very friendly and attentive waitress. Chef Victor came to our table and we were able to thank him and compliment him for an amazing meal.The entire experience was wonderful. Love Gaylord Palms Resort!

We stayed at the Gaylord for 3 night and this was by far my favorite restaurant. Food was great, service was outstanding and the atmosphere was so much fun. I would definitely eat there again.
