Old Oregon Smoke House

Been here twice in the past 4 days while visiting Rockaway Beach and I can say that hands down best fish and chips and shrimp melt I've ever had. The kids really loved their food which was a BBQ beef sandwhich, a BBQ pork sandwhich , chicken and chips and clam chowder and all said best they've had. Couldn't say enough good things about the staff and service that was received. Thank you so much for hosting us and bringing smiles across the board with the family. We will 100% be back over and over again when in town .

I was excited to try this place as all the other reviewers rave about it. I don't mind waiting for great food but this was a very long wait, and then they forgot to give me the sauce and coleslaw that comes with one of the meals I ordered. When I went back to ask for it they were rude and said it should have been in the bag... The crab cocktail was extremely salty. The popcorn shrimp was nothing special and the chowder was only okay, not the best. Maybe it was an off day?

Gotta love a rough looking little beachside fish joint! Excellent fish n chips, just right breading and crispy fries. That crab cake with the little sauce? Yes, please! Crab melt and chowder bowl didn't disappoint on our second day visit. We didn't buy any of the perfect looking smoked salmon. Probably a mistake. Will return when we return to Rockaway!

5 Stars all the way, would definitely recommend. Staff was great and super helpful, there was some really nice cozy vibes there. And their food was amazing. They fry and make your food right as you order. If you haven't been here, your missing out. Reserva una mesa ahora

The “world famous chowder” tastes just like watered down, cream of mushroom soup from a can, with tiny bits of clam tossed in. This was a disappointment for me, after reading the positive reviews. Bummer.

My absolute favorite place to go for fried sea food!!!! Been going here since childhood and quality has never once gone down. Everyone is always friendly, and they work very fast! I highly recommend!

We have been coming to Rockaway Beach for 23 years and never ate here because I am not a seafood fan, we decided to try it last night and found out what we’ve been missing all these years.

This was a great place. The food was great and whoever was working were energetic and fun. Was a great find on our trip. Had the halibut and chips.

Clam chowder was phenomenal and the fish and chips were fresh and fell apart in your mouth! Absolutely fantastic
