Old Town Beach Cafe

My friend suggested we go to this delightful beach cafe for breakfast this morning. The staff were happy and helpful, in particular the young lady that served us. Even though it was busy, she made us feel very welcome. The cafe has an extensive menu with both gluten free or vegan menus available too. We had 2 breakfasts, 1 of which was vegan and both were excellent, well cooked and presented. Then we bought 2 slices of their excellent homemade flapjack to take away for later, which was tasty, moist and crammed full of nuts and seeds. I was very impressed and will return here again. Thank you to the staff, you are doing a great job.

I found the place a little hard to find, but so glad I found it! the personal is really friendly and the vegan options are amazing a whole two-sided vegan menu. also a great location for a day on the beach. they also give them the opportunity of the wurstart either richmonds, soy or sweet, which is good to give people a choice updated by previous review on 2022-10-24

I had vegan speck and braut panini that was amazing! a whole vegan menu with many great options and they also had a gluten-free menu! also had one of the vegan scenes that was amazing. dog friendly and my dog enjoyed some of the house made dog treated for sale. More amazing place to visit in the perfect location directly on the beach would definitely recommend!

first visit. it was closed last year for covid. personal very friendly and polite. good menu selection of cold and hot drinks, good and cake. the victoria sponge, massive cake wedge, as it should be, light and tasty. many interiors and exteriors in the sun. the recycling sign loved. will return definitiw, great location on a long beach walk. great eating great location, dog friendly and the staff are also great, oh yes super cake! go on Sunday morning and watch them how the retanning boat practiced their things or whether her luck the hovercraft! the breakfast is always a winner like the homemade dogs tasty!

Lovely cafe with great prices. We had the breakfast and the portions were huge. Great service and has its own bathroom in case you do not want to use the public one at the entrance of the beach.
