Eating from this place was the worst mistake of my life. It was a late night, one of the few places open and went to give it a try. Spent £9 on large chips battered sausage and Saveloy, none of which tasted at all to my standards… or the government food standards. The Saveloy tasted like water and grease, no flavour at all. Chips were more like uncut potatoes and just to clarify, a battered sausage is supposed to be golden/brown isn’t it? Not yellow/green.
I have ordered food from this restaurant several times and have experienced missing items and incorrect orders. However, I decided to give it another try. I ordered a large Kofte and was disappointed to find that the meat was charred on the outside and raw on the inside. I called to complain, but all I received was a promise to send a replacement meal with no apologies. This will be my last time ordering from this restaurant.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude, as they ignored phone calls while their voices could be heard in the background. They consistently got food orders wrong and were unapologetic when confronted. I ordered cod but never received it, and they also gave my partner the wrong pie. Overall, the experience was absolutely useless and I will not be returning to this place again.
I visited this restaurant last night on 2/9/23 at midnight. The staff was incredibly rude and the food prices were too high. I would not recommend going there and advise against wasting your money. I would give this establishment no stars. The staff was highly unprofessional.
