Few weeks ago my family had covid and didn't feel like cooking so we ordered pizza from here for delivery. The pizza arrived and when I grabbed a slice I was greeted with a nice and thick strand of hair from someone else's head. Needless to say we didn't eat the pizza and wasted money. I called the following day and spoke to a woman who said she's had this problem before and that she's told the other workers they need to keep their hair tied back but I guess they don't? The woman I spoke with was very kind and offered me a replacement pizza but I was pretty turned from pizza after the hair so I never did go back and get one. She also said she would have the manager call me about it..... stil...
The pizza crust, even with toppings, was very thin—I could count the onions, tomatoes, and slices of donair meat. The garlic fingers were also paper-thin, with very little cheese and sauce. The wings were decent, but overall, the prices were too high given the quality and portion sizes. If you've been traveling all day and are looking for a satisfying meal, I would suggest continuing your search.
We ordered two pizzas: one meat and one veggie with meat. The pizza was delicious, but the prices are quite steep in comparison. The customer service could use some improvement, as it felt like the server was hurrying us to place our order. Overall, it was a decent experience, and the slices were tasty.
Love love love the Donaire,only the last two times I ordered it I ask for onion and tomato on the side and it has been cooked in with the meat , peffer that to be left cold raw ... disappointed but still ate them as is ....

taste was ok but the portions and toppings are not at all worth the money you'll be paying, much better places for much cheaper around, they don't even have slices anymore. you just get a small personal pizza
Delivery driver was very rude to front desk staff when dropping my pizza off. He was supposed to bring it to my room but said he doesn’t have the time to do so. Very unprofessional.
Ordered from old town while visiting st John's, after a long day of hiking this pizza really hit the spot.Great crust, lots of cheese and toppings.
Fantastic place. Love being able to order on the website and drop in to pickup the order.
