We were very disappointed tonight. We usually love Old Town and I've always said they have the best Prime Rib around. My wife and I along with my children and parents came tonight to the Old Town Spaghetti Store just for some yummy pasta and prime rib. We had to wait for a table for about 30 minutes, which that's to be expected. However, we waited for our food for atleast 45 minutes to an hour, our waitress disappeared for almost that entire time. We had to ask about our food, after we asked, it was brought out about 5 minutes later. Although it was warmed the prime rib was over cooked and very tough. I can't say enough about the chicken piccata and eggplant parmesan! The absolute best meal I have had in ages! The chicken was moist and the lemony sauce was perfect. The eggplant was cooked perfectly...tender and juicy, with that crunch on the outside. The sauce was great. I loved this meal! The service and atmosphere was awesome as well.
We were seated promptly, and our waitress was friendly, addressing all our questions. The food was served in a timely fashion and was really good. The portions were generous, and I appreciated that some dishes offered half-sized options.
An absolutely wonderful experience in Italian culture and food, every time we go there we love it! Service is always good, staff is very friendly, and just a family feel to it.... highly recommended!

Again got the prime rib and it was so good! Best warm bread of any restaurant! Our appetizer (zucchini) was burnt but they didn't charge us as we returned it almost untouched. Great restaurant
The food was great, even satisfying my picky eater son. The service was charming and attentive. This was one of the best meals we had on our long road trip.
Everything was so delicious and the waitress was very friendly. We will definitely stop in the next time we come through Jackson!
