Old West - Reservar una mesa

Update I decided to give it another try and oh boy, they totally improved their customer service, I was really impressed! Absolutely worst customer service ever! As soon as I walked in, I was advised to find an empty table and just sit there, and so I did. I literally waited over 15 mins until I had to ask to speak to a manager as the waiting was getting ridiculous. No apology was given, I just got up and left. All this happened, while there were lots of servers just walking around texting on their phones and just freely eating.

Actualización Decidí darle otro intento, y oh chico, ellos mejoraron totalmente su servicio al cliente, ¡realmente me impresionó! ¡Absolutamente peor servicio al cliente! Una vez entré, me aconsejaron que encontrara una mesa vacía y me sentara allí. Literalmente esperé más de 15 minutos hasta que había pedido hablar con un gerente porque esperar era ridículo. No había excusa, me levanté y me fui. Todo esto sucedió mientras que había muchos servidores que sólo corren alrededor, texto en sus teléfonos y simplemente comen gratis.

Very nice service. We have the experience to share, not only the show was goid, but the meat was very good! The salad and the Yuca were also great. The drinks are very creative and good.

El ambiente era perfecto. Servicio también. Las bebidas eran ordinarias y muy buenas. La comida era única y deliciosa. Además: noche de rock mexicana con banda de amor.

This place is great. You will think you are in an American Rural Bar/Restaurant. It is amazing how creative they are with food and drinks. I highly recommend it.

The ambience was perfect. Service also. Drinks were from the ordinary and very good. The food was unique and delicious. Plus: Mexican rock night with love band.
