My suggestions are as follows:
1. Ensure you have multiple options for people with allergies, such as those who can’t consume milk or tree nuts like almonds, and provide clear ingredient information.
2. Display your prices prominently. Not everyone wants to sit in the lobby and sift through the entire menu to find items they can eat, can afford, or want in general.
3. Keep pushing for healthier options. There’s too much unhealthy food available in our area that contributes to people feeling unwell.

With the high prices being charged, it seemed that the owners or management were not interested in investing in their business to create a decent customer experience. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes, while other customers came in and added to the young employee's stress as they placed their orders.
In the end, our smoothies were disappointing, primarily consisting of solid ice with only a small amount of blended ingredients hastily thrown on top. We spent nearly $25 to witness what felt like a teenager struggling to generate revenue that her employer didn't seem to deserve.
The owner was kind enough to make me a delicious coffee protein shake just as she was closing. I didn't expect such kindness or service. Went with my boyfriend and loved the boba drinks, my boyfriend tried a protein shake and I tasted a bit and it tasted great! No chalky flavor or anything just goodness
