The lady that answered the phone had an accent which is no big deal but I didn’t understand one time and she started giving me attitude. I was being extremely nice because why not. She hung up on me for no reason. Then when I got there she was being stand offish. Just a grumpy person. Then come to find out the menu prices are wrong online and the pizza was a bit more expensive than I thought. Then we get the pizza and it was small when the pictures showed large New York style. Well I guess there is no small or medium. Large is the smallest; then xl then house. Had no idea. Was let down. But then the taste of the pizza was just basic as can be. I've been going here for a while this is the second time they ran my card twice but this time it's taken a week they don't even care they were supposed to call you back and let you know what's going on I had to call them then I had to go in there to get a refund and it's still not back I would recommend not giving them your card I also asked the guy for compensation thought maybe I'd get a free pizza they basically just ignored it. I no longer will be a customer of this place.

It appears to be a fantastic family-run establishment. You can watch them handcrafting the pizzas in the kitchen, ensuring that the food is fresh and delicious. While I usually only go for the pizza, they also offer a variety of other options like pasta and sandwiches. The staff is wonderful, and you can really sense their dedication to quality. This is a must-try spot; the meat lovers slice is incredible, and don’t forget to order the garlic knots!

I stopped in for a few slices after a long five-hour trip. They were about to close, and the only slices left looked old and unappealing. I ended up getting two for $10.01, but I really should have just walked out. I tried them when I got home, but they were so bad I had to throw them in the garbage. I won’t be coming back again.

This is the best slice of NY style pizza in Buffalo. Others are good, but this one is simply the best. You can tell they use high quality ingredients in their sauce and have an exceptional dough recipe. Absolutely fantastic.

I would give this place a 10 out of 10 based on how good this ny slice is...but 5 dollars/slice for cheese and pepperoni is an outrageous offensive disgrace to the people in the town of tonawanda, erie county, and ny state.

As a Floridian I can’t say it’s the best because I only tried here .But I can say I see what all my NY people was talking bout. First pie I had and if I come back up this is the spot no need to look elsewhere. Magnifique !

We ordered a cheeseburger sub and Spinach mushroom calzone, they were the best I have ever had. Service was quick and pleasant.
