The food is always a poem, whether pasta, pizza, meat or fish. Best quality. There are always various daily recommendations for the normal menu. Very varied and attractive! The service is excellent and very attentive. A great selection of wines, sparkling wines and aperitifs, especially those who created themselves like the Pink Grape. The ambience is top, tasteful and invites you to feel good. Guests can park in the hotel's underground car park for free. Clearly 5 stars, absolute top class! The Oliva is always worth a visit and highly recommended. We look forward to the next beautiful evening in Oliva.

Very courteous and friendly service and delicious food! I was a guest at the hotel and ate two evenings in a row at the restaurant. On the first evening I had a very tasty pulpo with dayiatelle and the next day the Easter menu with butter soft table lace. Really highly recommended : Special thanks and props go to Daniel B. thanks for the nice and pleasant service. Also a special thank you to Daniel von der Bar. If you are there, let yourself be a whisky sour and/or Negroni

Yesterday was there for a pasta course and it was very much fun. All employees were very friendly and attentive. The relatively short frame of 2 h plus subsequent food was well filled with some basics, at a good price, in a pleasant atmosphere. You can think about another course.

A special culinary experience at any time with excellent service of upscale and quiet ambience. Beautiful outdoor terrace with Mediterranean flair. On beautiful summer evenings with me almost the feeling of sitting on an Italian piazza. Anyway happy Reserva una mesa ahora

What a delicious dinner?! For me there were “homemade Linguine Scampi e Pulpo al Sugo di Pomodoro”. Two XXL sea crustaceans and plentiful octopus. The fruity tomatoes Sugo was spicy, but not too sharp. Delicious!
