We were so impressed with how busy she was and how attentive she was that we were going to give her our weekly Covid tip (we choose someone once a week to give a huge tip to as a thank you for working). First and foremost, Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants. I try to stop at Olive Garden whenever I find one because the food is usually amazing. I stopped in this location in Bloomington and it was not up to expectations. The service washorrible. Outside the person who greeted us coming in and one of the three employees sitting near the door visiting with eachother, there was not a single piece of evidence they wanted customers. We had a Father's Day dinner at a restaurant that was soon to be busy. We were greeted and seated right away. The waiter took our drink orders and brought them to our table quickly. The bottomless salad and breadsticks arrived in under three minutes. Our four different entrees, including a child's plate, were served in about five minutes. The waiter offered drink refills several times. The dishes looked and tasted fantastic. All of this was happening while the restaurant was getting busier and the waiter was adding more tables. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
I hadn't visited this restaurant since they built the new building, and I was very impressed. The atmosphere is warm and quiet, with soft colors and carpeting that helps reduce noise. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had never tried fettuccine Alfredo with sirloin steak before, but I did this time, and I can't believe I hadn't been here sooner! It was amazing—perfectly cooked and seasoned. The staff wore masks as needed, and the tables were well spaced apart. I would definitely recommend this location!

Food was great. I had the 6 oz. Sirloin (comes with a fettuccine alfredo pasta portion) and was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty. I was hoping for better service, though. I felt rushed. I hadn't yet touched my entree, and the server was alreadytelling me how to pay for my meal, and she never even asked me if my steak had been cooked to my order! Must have been arookie. I'll pay more at a better restaurant next time, if I want anything resembling fine dining.
What impressed us the most was how well the food was packaged in aluminum containers that could go directly into the oven. The salad was also nicely packed in a large, clear container, ready to serve. The pickup process went smoothly—I had the food in hand and was on my way home within three minutes. Until we can dine in again, Olive Garden will definitely be our go-to place!
I absolutely love Italian cuisine! Olive Garden has locations everywhere, but this particular one stands out. The interior is beautifully decorated, the service is excellent, and the food is simply delicious! It's also conveniently located near the Mall of America and various entertainment options. Overall, it was a great dining experience!
My friend and I dined here tonight, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Our server, July, was incredible—she was sweet and attentive, checking in on us often and offering great recommendations. The food arrived quickly, was delicious, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. We will definitely be returning!

The food here is consistently good, making it ideal for a casual weeknight meal. The portions are generous, and the service is efficient. My top pick is the Tour of Italy dish.
Hubby was craving Lasagna so we stopped for lunch. I just got the soup Pasta Fagoli) and salad. We both enjoyed our meals. Veronica was a super server!
