Been coming to this OG for over 30 years I live near the Chicago location but still come to this one. The last few times me and my family have come. the service has been seriously amazing and on point and very memorable and it.s because our server OWEN that guy is truly a asset to OG he is so professional and friendly and outgoing. And really takes pride in his work from start to finish. Even the prep of his salads are flawless and perfect seriously. I will always ask for him when we come here..he makes our dining out experience that much more better and special. Hands down he's a rockstar and a asset to this restaurant. And he has a amazing work ethic and it shows .And he's a class act don'...
We had the worst experience at this location! There was a misunderstanding with our receipt and we just wanted to ask our waiter a question. When she didn't have an answer she called over the manager named Larry. He immediately started raising his voice at us and was acting as if we didn't want to pay. All we wanted to know was why we had initially received a receipt with one total and then given a whole new total after they swiped our card!! We were very calm the entire time and were never disrespectful and he even went as far as to wave the receipt in my friend's face! I have never been so disrespected anywhere just for asking a simple question! He should not be a manager! We will never be...
The customer service from here is horrible. the waiter avoiding us. and could not peicefully eat in the time we were there the manager checked up on us like 25 times. And when time to pay they brought us a reciept with one price we gave our card to pay and came back with a reciept almost $10 more when we asked the Manager Larry to explain why the differance in the pricing. He got loud and was rude, Disrespectful . He waved the receipt in my face saying this is what you are going to pay for when all we wanted to get was an explaination to why. Can not believe we experienced this discrimination as Hispanic women. this is not okay.
Olive Garden is a family tradition for us. Here we always felt very welcome that their food is delicious, especially the chicken and l garrison Carbonara a and the fatuccine Chicken Alfredo or the favorite of my son from the children's menu spaghetti with meatballs. (And if you don't have enough pasta this day you can get Pre-Make Pasta for the next day, which is as good as you get in the restaurant. At the first visit of this place on Wednesday. We didn't even have to wait until we were sitting. I would like to praise our waitress Amelia for the service she gave us. From the first greeting to take our order and up with refills, their polite and friendly attitude improves our culinary experience. What makes the food that meets our expectations fresh and timely. And the guy who helped her, Dee. That was amazing. Very friendly and professional. If I could give these two 10 stars, I would. Great rental manager.
I just want to say Thank You to this Olive Garden for being the number 1 best in Illinois and the customer experience is just beyond what I expected and Chrissy is just the definition of what a manger is supposed to be in every way way to go Chrissy and her team will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends as well.
