I took my brother and toddler to this Olive Garden on Wednesday night. We were seated fairly quickly, which was a relief considering we had a hungry toddler, a pregnant woman, and a ravenous 17-year-old with us. However, after sitting at our table for nearly 30 minutes, no one came by to take our drink order or even introduce themselves. Meanwhile, every other table around us, all seated after us, had received their drinks, salads, breadsticks, and appetizers by the time we decided to leave. We even pressed the button on the tablet to call a server about 15 minutes in, but still no one came. We were a party of seven and had made a reservation for 6:15, but when we arrived, we were informed there would be a 20-minute wait. Fortunately, we were seated in just five minutes. Our waitress, Priya, was fantastic—helpful and very professional! Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service was impressively quick; we received our seven full entrees within 10-15 minutes. The food was delicious, the breadsticks warm and crispy yet soft, and the salad was fresh. The only minor issue we had was that we could have used one or two more check-ins for water refills. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!
OK, so I've been to the Olive Garden in Cherry Hill a few times. Let's get into the review: Restaurant: needs a bot of an update, looks and smells old. Service: Ayanna she works at the bar, she is my only server bar none the best they got...WOW hats off to her manager she is efficient and effective really good at her job. If I cold give stars I would. Food: Consistently olive garden, if you do customizing of your dishes it come out hot and fresh. All and all the food came out fast and it satisfied . The best part of the meal was the service THANKS AYANNA at the bar.
Can't go wrong w/classic Olive Garden. So in love w/the new ravioli dishes!!! Best soup (chicken gnocchi) of course! My biggest complaint is the restroom. I was able to smell pee pee before even walking in. Don't get Me started on what it looked like once I walked in. My toddler didn't need to go and I was so thankful, that's how disgusting it was. There was no wait when we arrived but had there been I would have completely lost My appetite waiting because the restroom is in the same area.

I love olive garden but this location is not good. I tried soup and salad. Salad was soggy, soup was looks like left over no taste at all. Bread was not hot . Service was great, she serve with smile and greetings. I will never go back to this location again or not recommend to anyone of my friends or family members. Lots of parking spots available. It's easy to come in and out to main road. I am not happy with this location.
I’ve been at better places. Our group had pasta based dishes and it’s wasn’t good at all. The spaghetti was soggy, watery and cold. Tasteless sauce. The kids Mac&cheese smelled bad and the kids didn’t even touch it(they just ate the fries that came with it). I don’t recommend going there. (Personal opinion)
Went to this location the other day for the first time. I could tell by the first bite of a meatball that this meal was homemade. I was very happy with everything we had including the breadsticks and salad. The waitress was very friendly and courteous and checked on us often. I recommend this Olive garden.
Celebrated two birthdays today and the food was okay! The server was very attentive and checked in with us and kept us updated about our food that took some time to come out. I would get rid of the Halloween decor and clean those spiderwebs and dirty floors.

Our social club gathered for a multi-birthday celebration, and our waiter Danny was exceptional with every single order. His attentiveness and high standard of service truly stood out.
