We had a wonderful experience at this location ,the food was great as soon as we walked in we were greeted with warm welcoming smile by Maggie and she walked us to our table.I noticed she was following up on tables to ensure the staff was delivering Quality food being served and asking? About the food Service was prompt ,Was a clean environment When we were leaving she offered us the mint on the Way out to my grand kids open the door for them She appreciate our visit and said to come back again. Haven’t been back to an Olive Garden restaurant for over 2 years and decided to try again. Unfortunately, the service is still poor. We sat down order drinks and water. We got our food before our drinks and water. I tried getting my servers attention and she asked me if I could be a bit more patient? WT? Why not apologize for the delay and inform us that they are short staffed. Since my server was super busy. The Hostess never came. Reason for this review

I like the Bloomingdale Olive Garden way better than any of the other locations in the suburbs because they’re lenient and not nit picky at all. Food is fresh and tasty, and waiters/waitresses are always kind. One thing I didn’t know is that the pita chips are fried in the same oil as calamari. Essentially, after my last visit I realized that the spinach and artichoke dip is not suitable for vegetarians which is disappointing.

My experience here has been consistently high level. Servers and management at this location strive to provide friendly and efficient service, although the last few times I have been here they have been a little understaffed. The food here is generally palatable, if a little under seasoned. I would recommend this Olive Garden for a casual night out if you are willing to wait a little for good service. Excellent service and a fantastic atmosphere! I can honestly say that every section of Olive Garden has its own unique vibe. The greeting we received was warm and welcoming, which I believe added to our overall experience. We came in for a quick lunch, and everything was served promptly and was delicious! We even had time for drinks and dessert!

Mother's Day dinner with hubby. We always get the chicken scampi both of us. This time it was awful the sauce was not right it was clear not creamy not garlic flavored at all tasted like lemon gross. We both had to take our whole dinner home. Hopefully we can salvage them. The waiter was very good this is not reflected on his part.

Foods is always fantastic! Flavors just pop in your mouth. Staff is friendly efficient. Today is Veterans day, they honor all the Veterans with a free meal. By check-in they have a table set up for the Unknown Soldier. A wonderful tribute to the veterans! God bless them all!

The staff was very friendly, and the service was prompt. The Italian cuisine was delicious, but I wish the food had been served hotter, as it cooled down too quickly. We enjoyed our margaritas, but they could have used a bit more alcohol. Overall, the service was excellent! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food is always fresh and delicious! The servers are consistently knowledgeable and friendly. It's really nice that the atmosphere is quiet and they offer free Wi-Fi. I'm definitely a big fan of the soups and salads, and don't forget to treat yourself to a dessert!
