The place was busy, it was a Saturday night at 6pm. So a 40 minute wait for two was expected. Had a drink at the bar, my beer glass was dirty. Which happens, I know. Ignored it. Got our table, unrolled my utensils and they were covered with water stains, not a big deal, but definitely looked like dirty water, not your usual water stains. One of the forks had a piece of food stuck to it. So I left them at the end of the table and let the server know they were dirty. She offered to bring me hot water to wipe them off... Plates came, still had water on them, and some grease it seemed. Waters came, again, glasses had stuff stuck on them. I come from a restaurant background and I understand night...
Was seated before a party of 5 and another party of two and was helped by no one for 10 minutes. The manager and another staff member were standing in front of us and did nothing to help us get served. All they did was crack jokes with one another while we sat and stared without being helped. Our waitress was a great help and very nice, the management staff, not so much. I wanted to bring attention to this since the manager on duty, Bret, did nothing for the customers during this time.
Been to this location many times. Never had any complaints about the service! The wait times are always reasonable. Came here on the Sunday before Memorial Day and it was expected that there would be limited staff. We were seated by the bar area and served by the bartender, Tico. He was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. My family and I appreciated his willingness to go out of his way, even being the only server in that area. Very happy with the service that night.
I had a wonderful experience at the Olive Garden. The food was consistently delicious, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was great. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Peach ice tea was like water. They forgot to bring me extra salad dressing. They forgot to bring me a little extra salad. I had to ask twice. Service was slow.

I love this particular OG, pickup or dine-in. Best value in the area, always leftovers, consistently tasty
The food was delicious as usual, and the server was very polite, helpful, and excellent.

Sierra is a delightful server. She was most accommodating and attentive.
