Olive Garden - Reserva de mesa

I went here on a Sunday evening. When I went into the bathroom, they had a sign with all capital letters urging everyone to DOUBLE wash their hands. Well come to find out, there was no soap in the bathroom, just hand sanitizer. I went to the host stand to ask for soap, and the hostess disappeared into the back to find some. Ten minutes later she comes out, and grabs a key and says she’ll be right back. Mind you, there is a huge line forming at the door meanwhile. I went up to the manager, a tall African American man, who dismissed me and behaved as if he couldn’t be bothered. Another 10-15 minutes pass by until the hostess finally comes back out again. Olive Garden usually never disappoints me but this location has. The only good thing that came out of this visit, was that my Sweet Tea had fresh strawberries added in. My server was nice, friendly, and helpful, though. I got the $9.99 unlimited bread sticks, salad, and soup but the soup tasted too salty. The salad looked non-fresh, meaning the leaves were brownish-green. There was no spinach leaves in our salad and that made me sad. This establishment did not have Italian or Caesar dressing but only Ranch. Overall, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Please avoid this place. I don't know if I can even say this place is mediocre at best.

I always receive great service when I bring my residents out to lunch. Today I did a to go order just for myself. The service per usual was great. I was greeted before I even walked all the way in the door. When I was about to place my order Graigory stated he would be right with me (he was in the middle of something). Though he was busy, he made time to communicate with me, asking me about my day and showing that even though he was occupied with something, he was interested in how a customer's day was going. He made me smile knowing there are people who genuinely care about others. Thanks for making my day a great one Graigory Rogers!!

Everything started out great but when the food came in, it all went down. My wife ordered the pasta which wasn’t cooked properly. She sent it back but by the time the next item arrived, she had lost her entire appetite. I really wanted our experience to be positive as this was the place we had our first date. All thank to our server Bella! My mother and I had a blast. We enjoyed our appetizers, course meals, desserts and beverages. Anything we had left overs she hooked us up and we were all set and ready to go. Thank you again Bella and Davis for your entertaining conversations and optimistic personality! You guys are the best!

Gnocchi soup, It’s so easy and flavorful. I love to top it off with some grated parmesan cheese. Chicken Parmigiana, Two lightly fried parmesan-breaded chicken breasts are smothered with Olive Garden’s homemade marinara sauce and melted Italian cheeses with a side of spaghetti.

I wish I had something nice to say about this lunch experience. My office ordered from this location today and when I received my meal I notice a dead bug. Very disturbing and gross. Lunch was ruined obviously. Do better when preparing someone's food.

The staff was very friendly, the food was nice and hot. My sister and I had the shrimp scampi pasta bowl. It was awesome.
