I recently got takeout soup, salad, and breadsticks from this restaurant, and I was really impressed. The bowl of soup was a generous size, and the salad came with Romano cheese, croutons, Italian dressing, and even an Andes chocolate mint on the lid. The Zuppa Tuscano soup was particularly outstanding, but I couldn't resist finishing everything. The lunch special only costs $9, which is a great deal. The staff was welcoming and friendly, but the food quality was poor. The dessert was the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. We were hoping for a nostalgic experience reminiscent of our childhood visits to Olive Garden, but as the saying goes, you can't go home again. Service was great, with a rating of 5, but the atmosphere was just average with a rating of 3. The average price per person for dinner was $30–50.
I ate at this Oliver garden today. Our server Melissa was amazing. She was really helpful and has a great smile. I hope you get serve my Melissa. My family had a great meal except my dish chicken scampi but manager in the checker shirt got me scampi sauce and took care the issue. I would visit this place again when I am in town. We received our meal before our drinks, and the booth we were given had a seat without any straps, which made it difficult for my 19-month-old to stay secure. He was almost falling out of the seat the entire time.
I know it's a chain, but I really enjoyed this location! I usually go to the one in Easton, PA, but this one was even better. It felt brighter, more spacious, and much more inviting...
